Farmer Del offers a full range of beef cuts as fresh individual cuts or frozen packs. Find our retail partners on our Find Farmer Del page or go to Contact to order half, whole carcasses or frozen packages directly from us.

On all whole and half carcasses there will be 2 transactions:

1. Directly to the Farmer for the hot hanging carcass
2. And one to the butcher for the custom processing and packaging of your grass fed beef.

These combined totals along with shrink, scraps, and waste will result in a complete carcass variety of custom cuts packaged and ready for your home at 8.00 per pound.

Our most common package is our bulk burger pack. This includes twenty 1.5 pound packages of our finest lean ground beef.

BAG OF BONES

We have bones for sale that you can give to your pets or make delicious bone broth for cooking and other health benefits. These bags vary in size from 5lbs to 7lbs per bag.

HALF BEEF CARCASS -

3 CHOICES

Getting a Half Beef carcass is a great way to fill your freezer, and depending on the size, small, medium or large, we can work with your budget and get a half beef size that is right for you. You get this for 6.50 per hanging pound, working out to around 12.00 per pound sorted and packaged.

WHOLE BEEF CARCASS - 3 CHOICES

This is the best bang for your buck as you can get whole beef carcass for 6.00 per hanging pound, this works out to roughly $10.00 per pound after all is sorted and packaged.
